The JSE Index declined by 769 points, while the Junior Market advanced by 45 points.
Among the 41 winners were: Sygnus Real Estate Financial - Jamaican Dollar Shares, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund - SCC, JMMB Group - 8.5 per cent US Dollar Shares, Express Catering and Eppley - 7.25 per cent Preference Shares.
The 42 losers included: iCreate - Ordinary Shares, Caribbean Assurance Brokers, Berger Paints Jamaica, Paramount Trading (Jamaica) and Pan Jamaica Group.
Seventeen stocks traded firm.
