A decision has been made to close all cays except Morant Cays and Pedro Cays until February 1 as part of measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) says this follows discussions with the ministers of Local Government and National Security as well as municipal corporations responsible for the cays.
The ODPEM says no activity should take place at the locations.
The police will continue to monitor the cays.
Lime Cay and Maiden Cay off the coast of Kingston were closed last month following reports of breaches of COVID-19 protocols during the Christmas period.
Pigeon Cay, off the island's south coast, was later closed after it was discovered that persons were using offshore locations to host illegal parties.
