A number of persons in Portland had to seek treatment at Port Antonio Hospital on the weekend due to suspected food poisoning.
Radio Jamaica News was told that about 30 individuals became ill after eating barracuda fish on Saturday.
A source in the public health system said that an investigation will be carried out today.
