The Belize-based Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre says it will conduct a training programme for technical officers and sectoral experts to build their capacities to develop climate change projects.
The programme is being undertaken in collaboration with the government and is set to take place August 19-21.
The three-day event is being conducted under the Centre's Small Island Developing States Capacity and Resilience Programme for the Caribbean.
Dominica is one of eight CARICOM countries benefiting from the SIDAR Caribbean Programme, financed by the United Kingdom Foreign Commonwealth, Development Office.
