INDECOM is investigating an incident in which a police constable opened gunfire at armed men who attempted to rob him at his house in Bridgeport, St. Catherine, Thursday night.
About 11 o'clock, the policeman was outside his house when he was accosted by the two men.
There was a reported shootout.
The policeman escaped unharmed
The gunmen escaped in a car.
