Dancehall entertainer Elephant Man had his bail extended to September 17 when he appeared in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday.
He's charged with breaching the Immigration Act.
It was reported that in March last year, the entertainer arrived at Sangster International Airport from Brussels, Belgium.
He was asked to declare countries he had visited.
It's alleged that Elephant Man did not list all the countries, one of which was Germany.
At that time, Jamaica had placed a travel ban on Germany due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
