Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan
Long-time president of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has declared victory in the presidential election run-off, as supporters gathered in the streets waving flags and blaring horns.
Official results show Erdogan roughly four percentage points ahead of his challenger Kemal Kilicdaroglu with most votes counted.
Addressing jubilant supporters from the top of a bus in Istanbul, Erdogan said Turkey itself was the only winner.
