Richard Forbes
Founder and head of Phase Three Productions, Richard Forbes, is dead. He passed away on Wednesday.
Mr. Forbes spent many years in the video production industry, resulting in the formation of Phase Three Productions in 1984.
In 2004 he received a Doctor Bird Award for significant contribution to the development of the Jamaican Film and Television Industry.
