Radio Jamaica News has been informed that the narcotics police are investigating what could be a major cocaine bust at the Kingston Freeport Terminal Limited.
A 20-foot container was seized at the Terminal on Tuesday night.
It's understood that members of Jamaica Customs Agency were carrying out an inspection of the container, which was loaded with food items, when they found a quantity of cocaine.
Sources told Radio Jamaica News that a thorough search will be conducted to determine the quantity of cocaine in the shipment.
