NCB Financial Group Limited has appointed an interim Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to lead during the transition period of replacing senior executives Patrick Hylton and Dennis Cohen.
The removal of Mr. Hylton as CEO and Mr. Cohen as Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO was announced on Tuesday.
In a statement Friday, NCB said Robert Almeida had been appointed interim Group Chief Executive Officer and Malcolm Sadler, interim Group Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory review.
The company also announced that former CEO of Scotia Group Jamaica, Bruce Bowen has been appointed Special Advisor to the interim Group Chief Executive Officer.
NCB said the appointments reflect the company's commitment to ensuring continuity and strong leadership during the transition phase.
The company says it will continue its search for permanent Group CEO and Group CFO candidates.
