The three men charged with the murder of businessman Aggery Atkinson in St. Elizabeth on October 19 last year, were remanded when they appeared in the St. Elizabeth Parish Court on Wednesday.
They are 35-year-old chef Sean Reid, otherwise known as 'Sogie'; 30-year-old electrician Ramanni Smile, otherwise known as 'Smile' or 'Little Smiley'; and Akeem Lynch.
They are facing charges of possession of a prohibited weapon, illegal possession of ammunition, robbery with aggravation and conspiracy to commit murder.
The court was told that the case file was incomplete and that the men did not have legal representation.
It was requested that the trio should inform the court whether they have secured legal representation or required legal aid assistance.
They are expected back in court on February 12.
