Westbound lanes on Washington Boulevard to be closed on Sunday

Two of  the westbound lanes on Washington Boulevard in the vicinity of  the Rubis gas station will be closed tomorrow between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The National Works Agency (NWA), says during the closure repairs will continue on the Rochester Gully Bridge and based on this, motorists heading towards Six Miles will have access to only one lane.

The NWA says where possible motorists should use alternative routes to avoid delays.

The agency started repairs to the deck of  the Rochester Gully Bridge earlier this year.

However, the agency says additional work is required.
