Holmwood Technical retains all island U19 netball title

Goal attack Jada Ricketts converted 34 goals from 39 attempts to lead defending champions Holmwood Technical to a 43-32 win over St Catherine High in the ISSA Under-19 all island netball final on Wednesday. Kaydean Gordon was the top scorer for St Catherine High with 26 goals from 38 attempts.

Holmwood's attempt to complete the all island double was thwarted by Wolmer's Girls, who came away 37-25 winners in the Under-16 championship decider.

Kaelyn-Kendra Smith led the girls from Heroes Circle with 36 goals from 42 attempts. Syranna Brown was the top scorer for Holmwood with 21 goals.
