Jackson and Dacres head Jamaica's NACAC Champs team

Newly crowned world 200 metre champion Shericka Jackson and 2019 World Championship discus silver medallist Fedrick Dacres head Jamaica's team of 39 athletes for the NACAC Area Championships from August 19-21 in the Bahamas.

The women's team of 18 also includes Shanika Ricketts, Stephenie McPherson, Megan Tapper and Janieve Russell.

The 21-member male team also includes Christopher Taylor, Nathon Allen, Rasheed Broadbell, Odayne Richards and Traves Smikle.

The coaches are Paul Francis, David Riley, Michael Frater, Kerry Lee Ricketts and Lamar Richards.
