JC beat STATHS on penalties to win 30th Manning Cup crown

The "Dark Blues" from Old Hope Road, Jamaica College are celebrating their 30th ISSA Manning Cup title. They scored a dramatic 5-4 penalty shootout victory over St Andrew Technical in the final which ended just a few minutes ago at the National Stadium.

The teams had played out a 0-0 draw in 90 minutes of regulation time. However, it was JC who held their nerves in the dreaded shootout, converting all of their kicks while STATHS saw their final effort from the spot saved.

Jamaica College repeated their triumph of two years ago when they also defeated STATHS on penalties to lift the title.
