Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) General Secretary, Dalton Wint has declined to comment on a letter obtained by Radio Jamaica Sports which was sent to football agent Devon Porter.
In the August 11 letter signed by Wint, the JFF General Secretary acknowledged Porter's enthusiasm and efforts towards assisting the national programme, but noted they disapproved of his conduct.
The letter also requested that Porter desists from using the JFF's name without its approval.
Porter, who is based in Canada, had reached out to Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips and Everton defender Mason Holgate to enquire of their interest in representing Jamaica.
In the past, Porter had worked closely with the JFF administration under the leadership of the late Captain Horace Burrell.
Wint says Winston Clarke who is based in England will be in charge of reaching out to UK-based players moving forward.
Porter told Radio Jamaica Sports via text messages that he will not comment on the matter.
