One change to Windies squad for final T20i against Bangladesh

There will be one change to the West Indies T20 squad for the third and final One Day International, as the Caribbean men will be looking to avoid being swept.

The Windies have been forced into one change, as Akeal Hosein will leave the squad due to franchise commitment with Jayden Seales set to replace him. It's not yet certain what other changes will be made.

West Indies captain Rovman Powell was left disappointed as Bangladesh took an unassailable 2-0 lead following their 27 run win on Tuesday night at Arnos Vale in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Sent to bat, Bangladesh first posted a modest 129-7. Shamim Hossain top scored with 35, while Mehidy Hasan Miraz made 26 and Jaker Ali 21.

Gudakesk Motie took 2-25 for the Windies, while there was a wicket each for Roston Chase, Obed McCoy, Alzarri Joseph and Akeal Hosein.

In reply, the West Indies never recovered from 41-5 and were eventually bowled out for 102 in 18.3 overs.

Chase top scored with 32, while Hosein made 31. Captain Rovman Powell could only muster 5, as Taskin Ahmed took 3-16 for Bangladesh.

It's the first time in six years, the West Indies are losing a T20 international series to Bangladesh. The third and final T20i is set for Thursday, starting at 7:00 pm Jamaica time also at Arnos Vale.
