National footballer Rebecca Spencer has called out England's Women's Super League (WSL) for its lack of black players, arguing that there needs to be more representation to inspire young black talent.
Spencer, who is the Reggae Girlz number one goalkeeper, was speaking in an interview with Sky Sports on Thursday.
The 31 year old Tottenham Hotspur professional has played in the Women's Super League at the senior level since 2006, representing top flight clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal and West Ham United.
