There will be a new name at the home of the Sunshine Girls as it will no longer be called the Sunshine Chalet. The change was made on Saturday at the Widcombe Road property, which has been renamed the Marva Bernard Netball Chalet.
Bernard who is a former president of Netball Jamaica, was instrumental in the Sunshine Girls having a home of their own. The Chalet was opened on January 15, 2010.
