Beenie Man to release new album soon

King of dancehall Beenie Man has signaled to his almost 1 million instagram followers that his new album is almost here.

The only artwork present is that of his upcoming album "Simma" set for release this August.

Beenie man shared with fans that the album is very special to him as he created it at one of the lowest points in his life, when he lost his mother.

He added that "Simma" will showcase his versatility as an artiste, where he explored new genres while keeping the music authentic."

The artiste went on to say that the album signifies that he is still here, doing what he does best – touring and making great music.

"Simma", Beenie's 17th studio album, has 19 tracks, which includes pre-release single "Blessings" and sees collabs with afrobeat artistes – Patro ranking and Stonebwoy, along with top dancehall acts Sean Paul, Shaggy, Charly Blacks, Shenseea, Dexta Daps and others.
