Family members of Ezra Blount, the nine-year-old killed in the deadly Astroworld crush, are upset about rapper Travis Scott launching his Project HEAL initiative.
Scott launched the new charitable project this week, donating $5 million of his own money to the organisation.
However, Blount's parents say the move is a highly sophisticated marketing campaign and a blatant attempt to clean up his image and toot his own horn after the tragic festival.
They have filed documents asking a judge to amend the gag order put in place last month to block the rapper publicising the tragedy.
Ten people died from injuries sustained during last year's event.
