The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission's 'Emancipendence' competitions were dominated by women in this year's staging.
Winners have been selected in the Festival Song, Gospel Star, and the Festival Queen competitions.
Dancehall artiste Stacious recently became only the fourth woman to win the Festival Song Competition in its 55-year history.
The Festival Queen competition saw dental surgeon, Manchester's Dominique Reid, being crowned exactly 30 years after her mother Karlene Kelly-Reid won the competition.
The new Gospel Star competition was won by Erica Lumsden.
Interim executive director of the JCDC Orville Hill says he is pleased with the entire production and execution of the competitions.
The theme for this year is Jamaica 59: Come Mek We Celebrate Online.
