Dancehall artiste, Spice

Queen of dancehall Spice has provided an update on her medical condition, following countless rumors circulating on social media.
In a post on her official Instagram page, Spice stated that she suffered a damaged hernia, resulting in sepsis.
She was immediately rushed to the hospital for surgery.
Sepsis is a potentially life-threatening condition that occurs when the body's response to an infection damages its own tissues.
She also used the post to dispel rumours of her being in a coma, suffering a heart attack, and even dying.
Spice is said to be in a better space, but she is still recovering from the procedure.
The Emancipated deejay expressed her gratitude for God's saving grace and thanked her fans and peers for their concerns and prayers.
Meanwhile, she apologized to event organizers with whom she had bookings and has directed all queries to her agent, Ray Alexander.
The post has since been flooded with comments of well wishes, including those from model Winnie Harlow, rappers Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliot, and Stefflon Don, double Olympic champion Elaine Thompson Herah, and musicians Popcaan, Dexta Daps, Jada Kingdom, and Sean Paul.
