Oscar winning actress Viola Davis will sit down with media and entertainment mogul Oprah Winfrey, for a candid interview about her life and her new memoir, Finding Me.
The conversation will reveal aspects of her rough upbringing including her battle with poverty and abuse.
The 48-minute special will air exclusively on Netflix on April 22.
Davis is one of the most celebrated and talented actresses of our time, impressing audiences with her roles in movies like Doubt and Fences and the hit tv series How to Get Away with Murder.
In the meantime, Davis's portrayal of Michelle Obama in the anthology series The First Lady is set to premiere on Showtime this Sunday.
