There are now 14 securities listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange's bond market, with a total value of J$21.1 billion and US$32 million.
The latest addition comes from Barita Investments which recently listed five tranches of a bond valued at J$4.74 billion.
This move increases the number of local bond issues to 14 and brings the number of US dollar-denominated bonds to three.
According to Terise Kettle, Senior Vice President for Investment Banking at Barita, the listing reflects the company's commitment to supporting Jamaican businesses by providing short, medium and long-term funding.
The JSE bond market was re-launched in 2013, with Access Financial Services becoming the first to list a bond, worth J$102.5 million.
