Ansa Coatings International's 51 per cent purchase of Berger Paints has been completed.
Berger Jamaica has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that the transaction was finalised on July 24.
Lewis Berger Overseas Holding which owned 51 per cent of the issued share capital of Berger is now fully owned by Ansa Coatings.
