Ventrica, a British-based BPO, has expanded to Jamaica.
The new site opened this week in Montego Bay, St. James.
It is designed to support Ventrica clients in the US, UK and European markets.
The company says it plans to create in the region of 300 new jobs in Montego Bay over the next two years.
