Caribbean Airlines is seeking to fill the void to be left by LIAT.
The airline announced Tuesday that subject to regulatory approvals, Caribbean Airlines will launch service to the Eastern Caribbean from Barbados effective Wednesday.
It will initially operate flights between Barbados and St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada with other destinations to be added once the regulatory approvals are received.
