Changes to management of PROVEN Wealth Limited

There have been changes to the management of the investment firm PROVEN Wealth Limited in the wake of two of  its principals being appointed to the Portia Simpson-Miller led Cabinet.

Peter Bunting and Mark Golding have resigned from their roles as Chairman and Director, respectively of PROVEN.

Mr. Bunting is now the Minister of National Security while Mr. Golding has been appointed Minister of Justice.

Chairman of PROVEN'S parent company, PROVEN Investments Limited, Hugh Hart, has announced three Board changes subsequent to the resignations.

Lisa Gomes, Director of Finance and Planning for Sandals and the ATL Group, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of  PROVEN Wealth.

John Bell, former partner at PricewaterHouseCoopers and recently appointed President and CEO of  Proven Wealth Limited, Chorvelle Johnson, have also been named Directors.

Mr Bunting and Mr. Golding have also resigned from their roles as Chairman and member respectively of  the Investment Management Committee of  PROVEN Investments, which will now be chaired by Christopher Bicknell.

Lead principals, Gary Sinclair and Christopher Williams will continue to provide support to the company.
