Derrimon Trading has acquired meat processors, Arosa Limited.
The acquisition was made official during a recent signing between the key stakeholders of both companies, which took place at Derrimon Trading's head office on Marcus Garvey Drive.
Under the deal, Derrimon Trading will assume full ownership of the manufacturing and meat processing company.
Arosa, which has been in the business for more than 36 years, is celebrated as a purveyor of meats, fine wines, cheeses and breads, servicing the hospitality, catering and retail trade.
Derrimon Trading chairman Derrick Cotterell said the head of Arosa will stay on with the company for many more years, teaching Derrimon officials the business.
