Derrimon Trading Company says its Food Saver New York and Sampars New York operations have ceased operations at their location in Canarsie, Brooklyn.
The company says it expects to restart wholesale operations from New Jersey in November.
Meanwhile, its retail operations in the New York tri-state area are being restructured, with a greater focus on e-commerce through upgrades to the Shop Sampars online platform.
Derrimon says it is also conducting a strategic review of its 80 per cent stake in Marnock LLC, as well as its wholly owned subsidiary, Marnock Retail LLC.
The review will consider the financial, legal and accounting implications of various options for the two entities.
