DHL JA not affected by restructuring of DHL Express

DHL Jamaica says its operations have not been affected by restructuring measures at the DHL Express network in the United States.

Commercial Manager at DHL Jamaica, Tastey Blackman says the restructuring affected only domestic and ground shipments delivered in the US.

In a statement, the courier service said it maintains a strong presence in the US to better serve the needs of its customers in Latin America and the Caribbean.

DHL Express US will now focus entirely on international shipments.

In addition, the company says international shipments to the US will continue to be delivered to 100% of the ZIP codes where DHL Express currently delivers.
