Digicel Group to acquire TRES Networks in Curacao

Digicel Group has signed an agreement to acquire TRES Networks in Curacao for an undisclosed sum.
  
This agreement is pending government approval.  
  
TRES Networks is a fixed and international long distance telecommunications operator and distributor of  digital television and entertainment services. It provides residential and business customers with state-of-the-art high-speed internet as well as voice and digital services over Curacao's only full fibre optic network.
