iCreate Limited has announced the appointment of Dr Nick Rowles-Davies to the Board of Directors.
The move took effect on September 9.
He will also assume the roles of Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee.
Dr Rowles-Davies brings over 20 years of leadership experience in legal finance and investment management.
