Increase in BPO companies wanting to operate in Central Jamaica

Finance Minister Audley Shaw says more companies in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector are seeking to set up operations in Central Jamaica.

Shaw says he recently met with the President of  Sutherland Global Services which began operations one year ago and employs 13,000 persons.        
 
Shaw says more companies are interested and want to operate from Manchester, Clarendon, and other areas in Jamaica.
