JPMorgan Chase chief investment officer Ina Drew has reportedly resigned in the aftermath of a $2bn trading blunder.

Ms. Drew has reportedly been with the company for more than 30 years.
The bank's co-chief of global fixed income in its investment bank, Matt Zames, will take over the reins.

Reports suggest that Achilles Macris, head of the unit, and Javier Martin-Artajo, a member of the desk, could both resign along with Ms Drew.
