Mexican chain Karisma Hotels & Resorts plans to continue its expansion in Jamaica, with the opening of a second resort in 2016.
The new Azul Beach Jamaica will be adjacent to the Azul Sensatori Jamaica in Negril, Westmoreland, which opened last year.
The announcement was made by Daniel Scheiman, Karisma’s senior business development manager for North America.
Featuring 150-plus suites, all with ocean views, the property will include three restaurants, four pools and several bars.
Mr. Scheiman says the rooms are exclusively for sale for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
