Sprinter Jonielle Smith was one of three Jamaican winners at the World Athletics Continental Silver Tour meet in Lucerne, Switzerland on Tuesday. Smith, a 2019 World Championship sprint relay gold medallist, won the women's 100m in 11.12 seconds.
On the men's side, World Championship relay silver medallist Christopher Taylor won his heat of the men’s 200m in 20.49 ahead of American Demarius Smith and South African Dario Matau.
Sachin Dennis ran a season's best 10.21 to win his heat in the men's 100m ahead of Indian Animesh Kujur and Ivorian Arthur Cisse.
