NCB promises transitional benefits to employees who choose voluntary separation

The National Commercial Bank of Jamaica says it will provide financial and transitional benefits to employees who choose to leave the company under its voluntary separation programme.

The benefits include severance payments, health and life insurance, staff loan concessions, pension options and a continuation of its scholarship programme.

The initiative is open to staff who separate voluntarily between September 23 and 29.

NCB stressed that the programme is optional, not a replacement for redundancy provisions, and participation will be approved based on the bank's business needs.
