Paramount Trading to redeem and delist preference shares

Listed company Paramount Trading has decided to redeem and delist its 8.75% Cumulative Redeemable Fixed Rate Preference Shares due this year.

The shares will be redeemed and delisted on April 12.

The Preference shares will be suspended from trading on April 8 and redemption payments made.
