The Statistical Institute of Jamaica (STATIN) says preliminary results of the 2022 Population and Housing Census will be released on October 15.
That date coincides with CARICOM Statistics Day, observed by 13 member countries, to highlight the importance of accurate
data in shaping policy and decision-making.
The release will also mark the restart of STATIN's quarterly media briefings to improve transparency and strengthen public engagement.
