The JSE index advanced by 3,562 points, while the Junior market lost 28 points.
Among the 54 winners were: The Limners and Bards (LAB), Berger Paints, Magaritaville (Turks) - USD, Sagicor Select Funds - Manufacturing and Distribution and Jetcon Corporation.
The 43 losers included: 138 Student Living Jamaica - Variable Preference, Indies Pharma Jamaica - Ordinary Shares, Medical Disposables and Supplies, Jamaica Stock Exchange and Cargo Handlers.
Ten stocks traded firm.
