Supreme Ventures has announced that its subsidiary, Evolve Loan Company, has completed the sale of its loan portfolio to Dolla Financial Services.
In a statement, the company said the transaction was finalized on June 30 and forms part of its strategy to streamline its financial services operations.
Supreme Ventures says the move will allow it to redirect resources toward developing more efficient, innovative and technology-driven financial solutions under the Evolve brand.
The company adds that it remains committed to expanding its digital financial services business and enhancing the range of products and services offered to customers, while creating greater value for shareholders.
