Trinidad and Tobago has become the first English-speaking Caribbean country to launch the global ride-share mobile app, Uber.
The service was activated at 11 a.m. on Monday, in Port-of-Spain and San Fernando areas.
Uber is an on-demand car service that allows you to request private drivers through applications for iPhone and Android devices.
The service utilises dispatch software to send the nearest driver to your location.
