Jamaica could be added to the United Kingdom's travel red list amid the surge in covid-19 cases.
According to a report in the Daily Mail newspaper - St Lucia and Dominica are the other Caribbean countries likely to be placed on the list.
However, UK Government sources said no decision had yet been made ahead of the review this week.
Officials are awaiting most recent data expected by Wednesday.
Travellers returning to the UK from countries on the red list are required to quarantine in hotels for eleven nights at a cost of more than £2,000.
