Several US technology companies are reportedly seeking to recruit high value members of Jamaica's knowledge process outsourcing sector, which currently employs approximately 60,000 workers.
These companies are also reportedly offering salaries as high as 10 million dollars annually in order to attract the best talent in the country's industry.
Technology expert Christopher Reckord says many international companies use LinkedIn as the main platform to recruit talent.
