UWI Mona, AAMM credit unions in merger talks

There could be another merger in the local credit union movement.

Notice has been given that UWI Mona and Community Cooperative Credit Union and AAMM Cooperative Credit Union are in exploratory merger discussions. Talks have been in progress for 12 months.

A joint notice from both credit unions said in due course a special general meeting will be convened to update members on the discussions and seek their approval on the way forward.
