Wisynco acquires land to build distribution centre in St. Elizabeth

Chairman of Wisynco Group, William Mahfood, says the company recently acquired lands in Lacovia, St. Elizabeth to build out an 80,000 square foot distribution centre.

He says the company is awaiting the environmental permits, adding that construction will begin early next year.

Mr. Mahfood adds that the decision to build out the new centre was driven by the threefold increase in revenues, which flowed from the opening of Hague distribution centre in Trelawny recently.

He says the new centre in Lacovia will also help to facilitate the release of five new product lines next year.
