One of the Corporate Area’s leading hotels the Wyndham Kingston has been placed on the auction block.
The hotel has been advertised for sale in the local press. April 19 is the date set for the submission of bids.
An advertisement by real estate firm, Coldwell Bankers, says the Wyndham is located on 7-point-7 acres of lands, has 303 rooms, several restaurants and a wide array of amenities
