Yes Iyah Limited, the new shareholder of Dream Entertainment Limited, confirmed that the deal is closed and all payments have been concluded.
The move comes after Proven Investment Limited, their main investor, sold its stake of 2,500 shares in 2021.
Dream Entertainment is an event organiser, owning and producing large events such as Dream Weekend and Xodus Carnival.
Last Friday, Yes Iyah shared documents dated August 2021 that showed the transfer to itself from Proven Investments of 20 per cent stake in Dream Entertainment for consideration, valued at $73.87 million.
